The rooms were incredibly spacious, with all the necessary equipment in the kitchen. It was great to have a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals during our stay. The location was also ideal, although a bit of a walk to the nearest bus stop, it was still convenient for accessing the city. the hotel had a nice kids playroom with a care service, which was a great help for keeping the little ones entertained.
The thin walls between the rooms. We unfortunately had noisy neighbors who were partying all night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Very good place to stay at for families. The big appartments with the cooking facilities were very good. Other good things are; the parking, the pool, the restaurant.
The breakfast in the restaurant is not worth 9€ as it was only coffee and a croissant. The dinner à la carte meny was the same evert day. Everybody must wear a swim cap in the pool, which was a surprice for us. You could buy it for 3€ each. The spa/sauna area was a disappointment. It was one small sauna in the dressing room without sharm and relax feeling. It was possible to buy internet access, but it was very expensive and you could only use it in the lobby area.

Our suite was large and confortable. The cooking facilities allowed us to have breakfast in the room, which we found very convenient. The bathroom is modern and clean, and we had two complete changes of towels during the week (it is not always the case in this kind of accomodation). The children liked the swimming pool and the gymnasium.

The location was perfect for skiing, as it was just a short walk to the slopes. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure I had everything I needed for a great stay. The indoor swimming pool and sauna were a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. this place was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Clean rooms, nice sauna and pool. Nice staff in the reception.
We had a sofa instead of bed for us 45 and 59 years old. Too much signs with regulations and warnings, that didn't feel comfortable.

The location was nice. They also had a good exercise room and game room (with pool, ping pong, and foosball). The kitchen was great to have, although lacked some key cooking instruments (like a spatula).
We stayed on a Monday night and the pool was closed. Even if we had not been there on a Monday night, the pool is only open for about 2 hours a day and you need to have a bathing cap to use it. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a pool in my opinion.

The location of this hotel is fantastic for skiing, with easy access to Stafal and Champaluc. the spacious rooms offer a comfortable stay, while the well-equipped kitchenette allows for easy meal preparation. the hotel also provides a pool, sauna, and games room for added relaxation. the views of the mountains from the balcony are absolutely breathtaking.
The walls between the rooms are quite thin, which can sometimes lead to noise disturbances from neighboring guests.

The Residence was well located and well organized.
The front desk manager should be more customer friendly. The leisure facilities could/should be better appointed (no boot warmers in the ski lockers for instance) Don't bother with breakfast (@ 9 euros)- stick to Coffee and a Brioche!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with immaculately clean facilities throughout. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a nice swimming pool and a well-equipped kitchen in the rooms. The location was good, although it required a bit of a walk to reach the bus stop. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, providing great service during my stay.
Nothing all good.

La struttura è bella ed comodo avere la possibilità di cucinare. La posizione è molto bella in mezzo al verde. The property is beautiful and convenient to have the opportunity to cook. The location is very beautiful in the woods.
I had been in the Hotel and I found myself well. Unfortunately this time there was a problem. They gave me an apartment that smelled a lot of smoke curtains, mattresses, etc.. At the end of the holiday the clothes (ie pajamas) reeked of smoke!. It was not possible to change it and they told me that they can not guarantee non-smoking rooms.

Is good location on the road, easy to connect the mountaince by bus. Nice sauna and swimming pool.
Couple of days were problems with internet, was impossible to connect. the closest place with intternet is in the city center, couple km far in the library. The hotel dont offer the tickets to ski-bus, is 1,7 euro one trip.

We had a great weekend at the hotel. the staff was really helpful and the facilities were immaculate. We loved the early evening free buffet at the bar and the huge portions in the restaurant. the one-bedroom apartment was well-sized for a family of four. the location was perfect, with easy access to the ski slopes and free parking.
The only thing that could have been better was the variety of the restaurant menu. We only ate there once, as we felt that it needed more options.

Great location for snowboarding. Nice facilities.
We stayed in a 3 person room and instead of a double and single bed we had a single and a couch with a pullout mattress on wheels. It was okay but an extended stay might have been a little uncomfortable.
